General Rules – 2010
No consumption of alcohol by drivers will be allowed before and during the pull. Anyone caught will be disqualified.
All drivers will pull at their own risks. We are not responsible for breakage of equipment, accident or injury.
Must be 18 years or older to participate.
Loss of weight or part of truck during pull will result in disqualification.
Truck and sled must stay within boundaries of the track. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Judges decisions are final. Failure to obey track officials will be automatic disqualifications.
Trucks must be operated in a safe manner at all times. No chain jerking or hot rodding allowed.
All pullers must furnish their own clevis or 3 ¾” hitch hole.
Hitch must be frame mounted only. No trick hitches or floating hitches.
Hitch must be rigid or solid in all directions.
Suspension lift kit allowed, except in open class.
Tires must be DOT approved except in open class.
If changes are made after inspection, you are automatically disqualified.
One hook per truck per class.
Floating finish lines – NO test pulls.
All participants must drive vehicle onto track and into position for hook up on it’s own power and must leave track under its own power unless for breakage.
Track officials will have the option to check pullers for weight and rule violations at any time during the event.
Vehicles will not start pulling until both flagmen have green flags showing. Vehicles must stop immediately upon signal of red flag from flagman.
Top 5 trucks will be teched. Driver to remove air intake.
Number must be visible in the front window to pull.
In classes started but not completed the purse and points for that class shall be paid to those hooked according to the results. Those that did not hook will receive a refund of entry fees. Competitors not able to hook in the started class receive 10 hook points. NO points if rained out before the start of the class!
